Have a trivia question for you: What percentage of employers are willing to negotiate with candidates they want to hire?
Yet, it still amazes me how many candidates don't even bother negotiating! Definitely, not anywhere near 80%!
Certainly, it's possible a employer will blow a candidate away with an offer that doesn't require negotiation. But, still, 80%? How about not even close.
And then many that do try to negotiate, often don't even know there actual worth! Talk about blowing me away!
Oh, the stories I could tell!
Having been a hiring manager at multiple companies, I've been on both sides. And look, almost no one likes to talk about money. It's a sensitive subject, I totally get it. But your time is not a calling plan either – it's not unlimited! Since your time is precious, make sure you are getting paid what you deserve for your time, let alone your unique skills, abilities, experience, and accomplishments.

You will be prepared with how to make a successful counter to an initial salary offer – and for those currently employed – how to make the case and secure a well-deserved raise!
Most importantly, you’ll also learn how to determine you’re true worth because you can’t negotiate if you don’t know what you’re worth!

Negotiating prep and techniques are provided via 30 or 60 minute telephone or video (like Zoom or Skype) sessions. It is often not necessary for us to meet in person to teach you salary and other negotiating skills.
For some clients, it will require only one coaching session. For others, it might be multiple sessions. Although each clients' circumstances are unique, in general, only one to two sessions is usually necessary.
