I always recommend job seekers send a thank you email after every interview. And it should be unique to you, not just some generic "thank you" language. It has to be genuine, sincere, and in your voice.  

On occasion, depending on the situation, an old-fashioned postal thank you letter is the way to go. I can write you a thank you email as part of a bundled package.
